Milford Micro offers a convenient alternative to traditional bus services on fixed routes. Our fleet of passenger vehicles operates on-demand within a specified zone, ensuring you reach your destination exactly when you need to. Ordering a ride is effortless: the program swiftly matches you with a vehicle heading your way.

With Milford Micro, you’ll enjoy a host of benefits designed to change your commuting experience. The regular adult fare is $3 per ride, while children under 2 years of age ride free. From comfortable rides to affordable fares, we’re committed to making your journey as pleasant and efficient as possible.

Booking your daily commute couldn’t be easier. To reserve a ride, simply call (203) 916-9339, fire up the Milford Micro app, or sign up on our website. Then follow the steps below:
- ● Choose your pickup and drop-off locations
- ● Select your preferred time slots
- ● Select how many passengers will be riding with you. Be sure to select the passenger type that meets your needs.
- ● Get to your pickup point 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup window begins.

Assisted Ride to Work or Medical Appointments
All drivers with the Milford Micro program received training and have been vetted by M7. M7 specializes in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation and is the largest personalized ride company in Connecticut. As the only NEMTAC-accredited company in the state, all drivers are trained to assist passengers when necessary.
